The charming rural retreat of Son Capellot sits in the peaceful countryside just a short drive to the east coast’s sandy beaches.

Once a 200 year old farmstead, the main house and it’s outbuildings have been converted into a delightful place to stay. Touches of taste and simplicity flow throughout the buildings, and add warmth and charm to the four spacious apartments. The local owners, the Adrover family, are always on hand, and offer a great source of local information whether it’s beaches, restaurants or one of the many local activities.

In the grounds of Son Capellot there’s a large pool with terraces and sunloungers. The surrounding grounds are meticulously tended to, and dotted with ancient fruit trees and flower beds bursting with colour. Each apartment also has its own outdoor table, so you can enjoy your culinary feasts cooked up on the barbeque whilst watching the sun go down.

Would happily recommend you and these apartments to others (and have done). We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a 10 day trip and we loved the house and its grounds. Our apartment was immaculate and well equipped. Antonia was very friendly and helpful. It is in the countryside yet very close to Felantix which was a nice surprise to us for restaurants. We also visited the town of Santanyi and enjoyed eating out there. — FP

Ah thank you, you’ve prompted me to remember to write a review for the lovely Antonia and her husband! We had an absolutely amazing stay, it was perfect and Antonia couldn’t do more to make sure we were okay. Breakfast was outstanding – the first thing we missed when we got home – our accommodation was simply amazing, huge and a very high standard, views from our terrace were of the picturesque nearby mountains and we had sheep grazing right up to our apartment. Simply stunning! Put it this way, we’ll be going back! Thank you for recommending it! — SG

We had a very enjoyable stay and my wife posted our comments on trip adviser: My husband & I stayed in the double room which which was airy and had its own large terrace. There were windows on both sides which allowed a lovely breeze to blow through and meant we didn’t have to have the air conditioning all the time, even though it got up to 32 degrees outside – the AC “sleep” mode is very quiet and meant we slept very well every night. We had a fridge and kettle and so we could have have lunch on the terrace whenever we wanted – Lidl is only 1km away. The pool is lovely and quiet. Antonia & Miquel are very welcoming and the place is spotless and they work hard to keep the gardens looking green and colourful. Breakfast was provided in a lovely shady patio area and was always tasty and varied. We loved it there and would highly recommend it to family and friends. — PB

Another excellent place on your books! This is the most beautiful and relaxing place for a family vacation. Antonia and Miquel are welcoming hosts. Our apartment was spotless and cleaned regularly to a very high standard. A car was needed and we explored the local area and beaches and Antonia was happy to give tips. — M & SR
